I’m Sherry, and I manage our two short-term rentals with my husband and son, with lots of help from good friends. Our first experience with vacation rentals was in London in 2008, and since then, we’ve loved using them for our travels. Our three daughters and their families live in Florida, Tennessee, and South Asia, which often requires us to gather together, often at vacation rentals. Our primary goal for The Village Farmhouse was to create a welcoming space for multigenerational families like ours, while at The Channel Side Getaway, we aim to offer a relaxing retreat for couples or families.
I enjoy hospitality and gardening, and these passions help to make our spaces feel welcoming and comfortable for our guests. My husband manages the exterior and hot tub maintenance and contributes to business management. Our son, enjoys building trades and property management, often helping us maintain and improve our rentals.
